Following the opening ceremony (14:30 local time), the thematic forum on "Deepening China-Nigeria Industrial Cooperation: Building a Sustainable Supply Chain" was held in the TBS Banquet Hall. Representatives from Chinese and Nigerian government departments and industry associations focused on the trinity linkage of "Technology-Capital-Policy," engaging in in-depth exchanges around green transition, digital infrastructure, and industrial synergy.

The three-day fair, guided by the concept of "Green and Innovation," deepened exchanges between China and Nigeria in green technology and supply chain collaboration, promoting the deep integration and mutual empowerment of Nigeria and "Intelligent Manufacturing in China." The 1000-square-meter China Pavilion, coordinated by CCPIT, focused on nine key sectors: new energy, mechanical and electrical products, hardware, building materials, automobiles and parts, textiles, medical supplies, home appliances and electronics, and consumer goods, highlighting the achievements of China-Nigeria economic and trade cooperation.

On-site business negotiations were vibrant. Products such as the long-endurance communication equipment from Inrico Technologies Co., Ltd., new energy vehicles and components from Zhejiang Pukao New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., and the full-scenario energy storage products from Enershare Tech Company Limited., alongside branded companies like Healicom Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., and specialized, refined, featured, and innovative enterprise Suzhou Nanxin Electrical Machine Co.,Ltd, became hotspots for buyer inquiries.

The fair, in collaboration with major Nigerian media outlets like Guardian Newspaper, Punch Newspaper, and Daily Sun, Nigeria's National Television Authority (NTA), as well as key Chinese media such as Xinhua News Agency and China Economic Herald, created a global multi-dimensional communication impact through feature reports and live streams, precisely linking global purchasers and industry buyers. Authoritative institutions including the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and the National Association of Supermarket Operators of Nigeria (NASON) provided strong support, significantly enhancing the fair's credibility and influence. Exhibitors generally reported that the number of on-site buyers far exceeded expectations, and their professionalism and intent to cooperate were higher compared to other similar fairs.

The concurrent B2B matchmaking meetings specifically invited high-quality buyers from Nigeria and neighboring countries like Benin, Niger, and Côte d'Ivoire for in-depth one-on-one negotiations with Chinese exhibitors. Both sides engaged in efficient communication regarding product technical parameters, customization requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules. Several exhibitors secured batch cooperation intention orders on-site, achieving an impressive intention realization rate of 42%, fulfilling the practical goal of "precise sourcing through visiting the fair, locking cooperation through negotiation."

As a key implementation project under BRICS cooperation, this fair established a platform for resource sharing and technical exchange between Chinese and Nigerian enterprises, injecting new momentum into building a stable and high-quality supply chain in West Africa.

As the fair concludes, a new chapter in China-Nigeria economic and trade cooperation is accelerating. We sincerely invite domestic and international enterprises to join hands in deeply cultivating the West African market for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
